Worst luck ever!!!
很生氣的打電話去tech support (24小時 *o*) 一開始是打算打去罵人的 但是tech support的人態度都非常好 而且一下子電話就接通了 完全不用等 (跟Rogers差太遠了 customer service就是應該是這麼一回事!!! Rogers那永遠也打不通的service line應該好好的反省) the lady listened to my problem, asked for some information and said she will send a box to my address, and is asking me to send it back to them, before I even have a chance to ask about the shipping charge, she told me it will be a free FedEX or UPS shipping~ 但是我那口氣還是嚥不下去啊 It's a brand new product, i dont want it fix, i want to EXCHANGE!!! then the lady told me i'll need to go back to where i bought it to do the exchange.... but the thing is, i bought it at the "employee store" there's a policy of NO EXCHANGE AND REFUND... of course I think it's doable since it's not functioning... but i'll have to go through all the trouble... then I finally contacted my aunt (who works at SONY) 然後今天去了head office(?) (the lobby is nice, just that it's too small) my aunt's co-worder said he can take a look for me 然後將LCD的frame拆開 原來是有一條電線沒椄到.... 大概花了不到5分鐘就修好了 orz.... SONY 我對你們好失望
雖然如此 我還是用的很開心 實在是太漂亮了
(我竟然是不看內涵 只看長相的人) 有人問我拿粉紅色出門不會覺得丟臉嗎 一點也不會 我連Hello Kitty都用的很大方了 粉紅色算什麼 =P and I can see VAIO is so MAC-wanna-be XDD not only they stole the mac keyboard, they stole the gadgets too~ 但是我真的很不喜歡Vista 什麼program都沒開 就用了1GB的ram 用去哪裡了啊?? Vista 還是有點用不慣... 我一定要好好的對待他的 再也不會懶的裝windows update~ anti-virus也會一直開著的 除了戨 其他盡量不download~ 我的desktop真可憐 誰叫我有差別待遇 XDD
